RWADEX Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tesseras Labs, S.A. (“Tesseras,” “we,” or “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you use RWADEX. RWADEX is a non-custodial decentralized exchange, and we collect minimal personal data. This Policy applies only to RWADEX and does not apply to third-party services such as wallet providers, bridge operators or blockchains.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • Wallet Metadata. When you connect a wallet via Privy, we receive an anonymized identifier and the public wallet address. We do not receive your private keys or seed phrases.
  • Transaction Data. We process on-chain transaction data (e.g., assets traded, amounts and timestamps) to execute your orders and for internal analytics. This data is publicly visible on the blockchain.
  • Usage Data. We may collect aggregated analytics (e.g., page views and device type) to improve the user experience. This information is anonymized.
  • Support Communications. If you contact us, we collect the information you provide (such as name, email address and message) to respond to your inquiry.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

  • Provide Services. To enable wallet connection, process trades, record interactions and display transaction history.
  • Improve and Secure RWADEX. To monitor performance, detect fraud or abuse, troubleshoot issues and develop new features.
  • Compliance. To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Communication. To respond to support requests or provide important updates. We do not use collected information for marketing.

4. SHARING OF INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers. We may share anonymized usage data with analytics providers and infrastructure partners who help operate RWADEX. They are obligated to safeguard information.
  • Partners and Networks. When you initiate a transaction via NEAR Intents or other cross-chain services, transaction details are transmitted to the relevant blockchain and solver networks.
  • Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect our rights or the safety of users.

RWADEX may use cookies or similar technologies to remember preferences and measure site performance. Cookies do not contain personally identifiable information. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not work properly without them.
